BREAKING: The Minnesota Twins are hiring former Pirates manager Derek Shelton to be there manager, sources confirm. Jon Heyman of the New York Post first reported.
Shelton was fired by the Pirates in May after getting off to a slow start, and managed to an under .500 record thought his time in Steel City. He will get a chance with the rebuilding Twins.
